Sanctuary Pointe is a neighborhood in Monument’s southeastern section with 89 residences. The community is located at the intersection of Baptist Road and Sanctuary Rim Drive.
Children from this area attend Kilmer Elementary, Lewis-Palmer Middle, and Lewis-Palmer High School, which are all close by. With its proximity to shopping, eating, and public parks, this subdivision is a thriving community with a lot to offer.
Classic Homes constructs these houses and Hammersmith Management manages the community, which includes services such as covenant enforcement, exterior maintenance, snow removal, and trash pickup. Sanctuary Pointe is only a short drive away from the Country Club at Woodmoor, a magnificent course with spectacular views and excellent facilities.

The majority of the homes are two-story ranches with 1800-2300 square feet above grade. Sanctuary Pointe houses began building in 2015 and will be completed soon, with finished square footage ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. This neighborhood is made up of high-end single-family residences and luxury homes. The single-family homes typically are priced around $600,000-$900,000 while the larger, more luxurious residences can have prices up to $1,500,000.
Woodmoor has around 1000 residences and is located in Monument’s northeastern area. The community is between E Palmer Divide Avenue and Silver Horn Lane.
Woodmoor Country Club, Woodmoor Forest, Woodmoor Greens, Woodmoor Highlands, Woodmoor Meadows, Woodmoor Nugget, Woodmoor Oaks, and Woodmoor Summit are some of the sub-areas within Woodmoor.

Promontory Pointe is situated on Baptist Road between Gleneagle Drive and Gleneagle Drive. This neighborhood has 262 homes and is located in Monument’s southeastern section.

Forest Lakes is a community of 170 residences in Monument’s southern section. This neighborhood is located between Lindbergh Road and Forest Lake Drive.

Kings Deer is a neighborhood of 453 residences in Monument’s northwestern section. This development is located at the crossroads of E Palmer Divide Avenue and Royal Troon Drive.
The subdivision is close to shopping, dining, and medical centers. Prairie Wind Elementary, Lewis-Palmer Middle, and Lewis-Palmer High School are local schools attended by children from this neighborhood.
Kings Deer HOA manages the community and handles things like covenant enforcement and management. The Country Club at Woodmoor, a lovely course with spectacular vistas and excellent facilities, is only 3.5 miles from Kings Deer.

The homes are primarily two-story and ranch-style, with 2,500-3,500 above-grade square footage. Kings Deer Highlands is another name for this subdivision. Homes in this development started construction in 1995, ranging in size from 4,000 to 5,500 finished square feet. The houses are situated on spectacular 2–3-acre sites and offer a 3-4 vehicle attached garage.
This is a very luxurious community that has homes that sell for over $1,000,000.
Jackson Creek, which has around 1,000 residences, is located in Monument’s southeastern section. The Heights at Jackson Creek and Homestead at Jackson Creek are two sub-areas.
This neighborhood is located between Baptist Road and Leather Chaps Drive and is perfect because multiple parks surround it and the views of the parks from home are a visual delight.
The Country Club at Woodmoor, a lovely course with spectacular vistas and excellent facilities, is only a short drive from Jackson Creek. Bear Creek Elementary, Lewis-Palmer Middle, and Lewis-Palmer High Schools serve the students in the neighborhood.
