The first luxury neighborhood in Castle Rock on our list is Keene Ranch. This subdivision is located in Castle Rock’s southwestern section. This is a highly coveted neighborhood due to its incredible location that has front-range views that are extremely hard to beat.

Keene Ranch HOA manages this neighborhood, which includes amenities such as common area grounds care and pathways. The floor plans in these luxurious homes range from 4,000-7,000 completed square feet.

Children in this neighborhood attend Clear Sky Elementary, Castle Rock Middle, and Castle View High School. Keene Ranch is a thriving community with a lot to offer with shopping, restaurants, and public parks just a short drive away.

The Bear Dance Golf Club is an outstanding mountainous landscape with magnificent terrain where one can spend quality time with family and is only a short drive from Keene Ranch.

Types of Homes:

Keene Ranch is made up of 221 large, spacious, and luxurious houses which are for the most part two stories and ranch-style. Sage Canyon Elementary, Mesa Middle, and Douglas County High School are local schools attended by children from this neighborhood.

The homes are mostly two-story raised ranches and ranches on one to two acres of groomed land. The majority of the homes in Diamond Ridge were built between 1969 and 2011 and range in size from 3,000 to 4,500 above grade square feet. The floor plan has a 3-4 vehicle connected garage and ranges in size from 4,500 to 6,500 finished square feet. The majority of the houses feature basements and walkouts.

3. Castle Pines Village

Castle Pines Village is a gated community with over 1,000 residences. These opulent gated residences are bordered by various parks and trails. In fact, this is the perfect place to live if you want a very secluded, forested lifestyle while still being very close to many hotspots in the Denver Metro region.

These magnificent residences feature huge decks with expert landscaping and offer one-of-a-kind views. Every property for sale in Castle Pines Village has a basement, and the majority of them have large walkout spaces.

Castle Pines Homes Association maintains this neighborhood, which features a clubhouse, community pool, workout center, recycling, tennis courts, and garbage pickup. Buffalo Ridge Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle, and Rock Canyon High School are local schools attended by children from this neighborhood. Country Club at Castle Pines is a great venue for devoted golfers.

The homes are two-story, multi-level, and ranches, with 2,500-5,500 above-grade square feet. Taylor Morrison, which landscapes on quarter-acre to one-acre lots, built the majority of the residences over the last few decades. 4. Bell Mountain Ranch

South Ridge Elementary, Mesa Middle, and Douglas County High School are the schools for students from the neighborhood. Plum Creek Golf Club, one of the greatest courses in the area with a beautiful layout, is just a short drive away.

There are several various types of housing available, including two-story, bi-level, and ranch homes with 2,200-3,800+ above-grade square feet. These unique residences, ranging in size from 3,500-6,000 completed square feet, were built over the last couple of decades.

Bell Mountain Ranch houses are situated on spectacular three to seven-acre lots and offer a three or four-vehicle-connected garage. Every home in this community has a basement, and the majority of them have walkout spaces.

5. Escavera

Escavera is the last luxurious neighborhood on our list of Castle Rock’s top luxury neighborhoods. Escavera Master Owners Association manages the HOA, which offers recycling, tennis courts, and garbage disposal.

There are 242 residences on lots ranging from a fifth of an acre to three-quarters of an acre. The community has basically finished its development since there are only a couple of lots in the neighborhood that hasn’t been built on.

Children in the neighborhood will attend Castle Rock Elementary, Mesa Middle, and Douglas County High School. Escavera has some incredible, forested trails and parks for its residents to enjoy. This subdivision is the closest on our list to shopping, restaurants, and healthcare amenities.

There are many various types of housing available, including multi-level and ranch homes with 2,500-3,500 above grade square feet. Every property for sale in Escavera has a basement, and the majority of them also have walkout space. The floor plans range in size from 3,000 to 6,000 completed square feet, with a 2-4 vehicle garage.
