Cordera is conveniently located at the northeast junction of Powers Boulevard and Briargate Boulevard, providing easy access to all parts of town. The area is within walking distance of a Super Target Shopping Center, as well as several excellent local restaurants and stores.

21. Banning Lewis Ranch
