The Town Collection in Castle Valley is commonly referred to as the best value in Castle Pines. You can find single-family residences here from the $500,000s-$600,000s. Compared to most other Castle Pines neighborhoods this is an incredible price! Of course, the square footage is lower, usually between 2,000-3,000, but the homes are nice and new! The Town Collection in Castle Valley homes are paired homes, so you do lose a little space there. However, for the price and location, you are getting, this is still a good deal!

10. The Estates of Buffalo Ridge

The Estates of Buffalo Ridge houses were built between 2003-2013, and sit on large lots ranging from a fifth of an acre to half an acre. Amenities include a clubhouse, standard area grounds upkeep, a community pool, and snow removal. The Ridge at Castle Pines, an award-winning golf course with breathtaking front range views is just a mile away!

The Estates of Buffalo Ridge is a gated community in Douglas County with 91 houses. The community comprises mainly two-story, three-story, multi-level, and ranch homes with 3,000-5,000 square feet above grade. The completed square footage ranges from 4,500 to 6,500 square feet and typically has 3-4 vehicle-connected garages. This neighborhood is one of Castle Pines’ wealthiest communities. All of these residences are custom-built, with a variety of architectural styles and features. Gourmet kitchens, master suites with double-sided fireplaces, and outdoor amenities such as pools, water features, and oversized decks are all available.

The Ridge at Castle Pines golf course was the inspiration for Buffalo Ridge. Construction at Castle Pines North began in 1997, and the majority of the 91 houses were completed in the early 2000s.
