Skyline Ridge is an incredible new community in Castle Pines that is full of high-end single-family residences. This neighborhood is still growing and new builds offer 10 different types of floor plans. This Castle Pines neighborhood is nice because it isn’t tucked into the city. You can be on I-25 in five minutes! It is also very close to the stores and restaurants that Castle Pines has to offer.
Beverly Hills is a suburban neighborhood in Castle Pines North located conveniently near I-25. It is full of gorgeous luxury homes that have lots of space. The neighborhood is very spread out and full of trees, scrub oak, fields, and hills.
In the current market, the grand majority of these homes are valued at over $1,000,000. Although this isn’t the newest Castle Pines luxury neighborhood, Beverly Hills Estates has a lot to offer. The houses are incredible and range in different sizes and styles. It won’t be hard to find one that is a good fit for you if you have your eyes on this neighborhood!
Small (studio to two bedrooms) to big (three or four bedrooms) single-family houses and apartment complexes/high-rise apartments make up most Beverly Hills real estate. Many of the homes in the Beverly Hills area are newer and built after 2000, but a lot were built between 1970-1999.

Castle Pines Village and The Village at Castle Pines are often considered to be the same place. However, The Village at Castle Pines does tend to refer more to the gated community section of the community, and both are often listed as different from each other in MLS.
Castle Pines Village has incredible areas to live in. This is perhaps the best place in Colorado to move to if you want to have a rural, forested feel to your home while still being close to the city.
These luxurious homes are selling for multimillions. Expect to pay anywhere from $1,500,000-$3,000,000+ for a property in this community. If you do happen to have the budget for this, rest assured that this is a great decision. The views of the Rockies and Pike’s Peak are unmatched here. You’ll also have access to some of Colorado’s top golf courses and country clubs.
The Homestead community is a newer community full of new builds that you can buy. It is located in Castle Pines Village, so you can expect incredible views, spacious land, luxurious amenities, and safety.
These new homes are typically selling for anywhere between $600,000-$900,000 depending on the size of the property and floorplan. You can find anything from 1-5 bedroom homes here and the square footage usually ranges from 2,500-4,000.
The Castle Valley community is built up of 231 single-family homes, 400 multi-family units, and 76 acres of open space! This gives you lots of flexibility to find the right fit in a great neighborhood. The location of this neighborhood is conveniently less than 5 minutes away from I-25 and all of Castle Pines’ stores and restaurants.
The Town Collection in Castle Valley is commonly referred to as the best value in Castle Pines. You can find single-family residences here from the $500,000s-$600,000s. Compared to most other Castle Pines neighborhoods this is an incredible price! Of course, the square footage is lower, usually between 2,000-3,000, but the homes are nice and new! The Town Collection in Castle Valley homes are paired homes, so you do lose a little space there. However, for the price and location, you are getting, this is still a good deal!
Elk Ridge Park, American Academy Chary school, and many open trails are right in this neighborhood!
The Estates of Buffalo Ridge houses were built between 2003-2013, and sit on large lots ranging from a fifth of an acre to half an acre. Amenities include a clubhouse, standard area grounds upkeep, a community pool, and snow removal. Numerous parks ideally border this area, and the views of the parks from the property are a visual delight. The Ridge at Castle Pines, an award-winning golf course with breathtaking front range views is just a mile away!
The Estates of Buffalo Ridge is a gated community in Douglas County with 91 houses. The community comprises mainly two-story, three-story, multi-level, and ranch homes with 3,000-5,000 square feet above grade. The completed square footage ranges from 4,500 to 6,500 square feet and typically has 3-4 vehicle-connected garages. This neighborhood is one of Castle Pines’ wealthiest communities. All of these residences are custom-built, with a variety of architectural styles and features. Gourmet kitchens, master suites with double-sided fireplaces, and outdoor amenities such as pools, water features, and oversized decks are all available.
The Ridge at Castle Pines golf course was the inspiration for Buffalo Ridge. Construction at Castle Pines North began in 1997, and the majority of the 91 houses were completed in the early 2000s. They are all bespoke homes. Buffalo Ridge is part of the highly regarded Douglas County School District, which is considered one of the best in the country. The closeness of the schools is one of the additional advantages of living in Buffalo Ridge. Timber Trail Elementary is a neighborhood elementary school that is within walking distance of most Buffalo Ridge homes. Daniels Gate was built in the 2,000s. Single-family houses are typically 5,000 square feet with 4 -5 bedrooms and 3-6 bathrooms. Properties in this affluent area range in price from $800,000-$1,500,000 and beyond. These beautiful bespoke houses are seldom available for sale in one of Castle Pines’ most sought-after, gated neighborhoods, and when they are, they sell quickly.
Almost every property in this neighborhood has a basement, and some even have walkout basements. The completed square footage ranges from 3,000-6,000 square feet, with a 3-4 vehicle-connected garage. The HOA is managed by Castle Pines North Association, Romar HOA, and Ventana Amber Ridge HOA, and it includes a community pool, recycling, and garbage collection. The homes in this development are immaculately kept and feature gorgeous windows with stunning views. Daniels Park, which is adjacent to this community, offers various activities such as hiking, bicycling, wildlife, and a family picnic area.
Sanctuary Golf Course is a challenging course situated among the Rocky Mountain beauty and is located 2.4 miles from Daniels Gate.
Timber Trail Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle School, and Rock Canyon High School are great schools in the area.
