Colorado Blvd, University Blvd, 1st Ave, and 6th Ave are the four primary streets in Denver that lead to Cherry Creek North. There are also two B-cycle stations in Denver. 2. Country Club

Country Club is a Denver, Colorado subdivision located at the intersection of S University Blvd and E 1st Ave. The Denver Zoo, which is only a short drive from Country Club, is a popular attraction for children. This subdivision is close to the Denver Country Club, which offers horse racing, tennis, polo, golf, and a variety of other sports.

The vast canopies of 100-year-old American elms that spread magnificently over tiled rooftops and broad parkways grace Country Club. It is also known as “Denver’s Spanish Suburb” and is one of the most scenic areas in the city. The Country Club Historic Neighborhood was built in the early 1900s in collaboration with the Denver Country Club and was designated as a Historic Landmark District in 1990. Students can attend Dora Morey Elementary School, Morey Middle School, and East High School.

3. Hilltop

Hilltop is a Denver, Colorado subdivision located at the intersection of E 6th Ave Pkwy and Clermont St. The Denver Zoo is only a short drive from Hilltop. This subdivision is also close to the Denver Country Club.

Hilltop has been one of Denver’s grand dame neighborhoods since the 1940s. It has a good reputation because of its good schools and closeness to Cherry Creek. The residential area’s classic Denver architecture and tony new construction witnessed a substantial surge in housing prices last year, with average sales climbing 26%, the city’s second-largest increase behind Country Club.

Hilltop’s broad, leafy avenues and big parks beckon to anyone wishing to settle down for the long haul, and there are enough retail and dining options nearby to keep inhabitants satiated. Students from this neighborhood can attend Carson Elementary School, Hill Middle School, and George Washington School.

The area is located east of downtown Denver, on the site of the defunct Stapleton International Airport, which closed in 1995. It is the city of Denver’s largest residential neighborhood. The Central Park Neighborhood is made up of twelve distinct sub-neighborhoods, 11 public/private schools, 50 parks (including city-regional and community pocket parks), 7 pools, many commercial and business areas, a city of Denver leisure center, and a Denver library.

The most recent population projection for 2021 is 27,000. RTD’s A-line, a recently completed commuter rail service that runs from the downtown Denver transportation hub to Denver International Airport, has connected the Central Park neighborhood to the Denver metro region since April 2016.

5. LoDo

The 16th Street Mall in LoDo offers a free shuttle that goes up and down its 1.25-mile downtown span. LoDo is home to a slew of parks along the South Platte River. Confluence Park gets its name from its closeness to the confluence of Cherry Creek and the South Platte River. A beach-like shoreline, a kayak run, bicycle, and walking paths, and panoramic views of downtown Denver are among the park’s distinctive and scenic attractions.

Nearby attractions include the Downtown Aquarium, the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus, and Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park. The Cherry Creek Bike Path begins at Confluence Park and extends along Cherry Creek for more than 40 kilometers to Franktown. Enjoy the views as you ride along this nicely paved trail.

6. Sloan Lake

7. Sunnyside

8. Montclair
