1. Stroh Ranch

Stroh Ranch is one of Parker’s newer communities. This neighborhood is located south of downtown Parker. It offers a terrific combination of modern houses, amenities, and easy access to Parker’s main roads and activities. Stroh Ranch features many three to five-bedroom single-family houses, but unlike many other parker communities, it also offers a considerable range of condos. The residents of Stroh Ranch can also go shopping at the King Soopers Center, which is located at the intersection of Stroh Ranch and Parker Road. This neighborhood also has the quickest access to Parker’s neighboring city on the west, Castle Rock.

Parker is dominated by single-family houses, but if you dislike yard maintenance or don’t want a lot of room, check out the Stroh Ranch condominiums. Prospective homebuyers may expect to pay between $250,000 and $350,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and between $500,000 and $700,000 for a three or four-bedroom house.

4. Antelope Heights

Antelope Height is made up of 217 single-family houses, the majority of which are two stories or ranch styles. This community is located 25 miles southeast of Denver, Colorado. It is bordered by many parks so morning and evening strolls are very nice!

The majority of Stonegate single-family homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms, are one to 2 stories tall, and it ranges from $500,000 to the $800,000s.

7. Bradbury Ranch

Bradbury Ranch is one of parker’s newest neighborhoods, offering nearly every luxury and service you’ll need in a small, close-knit community. 8. Canterberry Crossing

10. Pradera

To be frank with you, this is probably my personal favorite out of all of Parker’s neighborhoods!

It is a master-planned community with luxury houses. It is located between Parker and Castle rock amid the rolling hillsides and provides families with wide-open vistas and a warm atmosphere. Pradera features a private golf club, a fine dining clubhouse, and a civic center with a pool, sundeck, and fitness center. All kinds of wildlife, including deer, foxes, squirrels, rabbits, and birds like hawks and owls, can be found in the Pradera neighborhood’s open area. There are many different house styles to pick from. In this neighborhood, homes typically range in size from 5,000 to 9,000 square feet. Prices are a bit higher than in other neighborhoods due to the incredible location and luxury-styled homes. The majority of Pradera residences are valued between $700,000and $1,500,000 with some exceeding $2,000,000.

11. Downtown Parker

Parker is growing, but thanks to Mainstream and Downtown, it has a small-town vibe that appeals to many people looking to get away from the rush and bustle of nearby Denver.

Parker’s Downtown has a mix of individually owned businesses, boutiques, and restaurants, many of which are within walking distance of residential areas. It also hosts a number of yearly events and festivals, including the well-known Parker’s days. A three-day celebration of live music, carnival-style entertainment, and family-friendly fun.

While there are not any downtown neighborhoods, trying to find properties off Stonehenge Way, Willow Park Drive, and Riva Ridge Drive is your best chance. Just look at the view of Main Street and Downtown, Parker Colorado.

Downtown Parker has some of Denver’s most popular houses, so expect little inventory and high prices. Most of the homes in the vicinity of the center are older, have four+ bedrooms, and provide room for all children. Parker Facts and History

The city was established in 1864 and was incorporated as a municipality in 1981. Parker is found around 20 miles southeast of Denver, Colorado. At 5900 feet above sea level, the town is situated in such an amazing place. Parker has a land area of 22.4 square miles.

Parker was a farming outpost of fewer than just 5000 people not too long ago. It was in the 1990s when Parker sought to attract white-collar workers and young families searching for more room than Denver had to offer. And as a result, Colorado’s economy and population grew in the late 1990s. As of now, Parker has a population of 59,000 people and is increasing.
