Crystal Valley Ranch is a master-planned neighborhood offering houses to suit a variety of lifestyles and budgets. It is a beautiful new home community located on the southern outskirts of the town. Downtown Castle Rock with shops, restaurants and the onramps to I-25 is nearby.
Century Communities has constructed these new homes and there are many 2-story and ranch-style homes that have up to 5 bedrooms to choose from.
